- Outcome: Case Dismissed
- Description: Defendant was facing a maximum of four years in State Prison after being charged with an alleged violation of Section 243(d) of the California Penal Code (Felony Battery with Serious Bodily Injury). At the preliminary hearing, the Court agreed that the defendant acted in self-defense and dismissed the charge.

• Outcome: Sentence to much lower term
• Description: Defendant, along with three others, was facing 25 years to Life in State Prison
for violation of Penal Code Sections: 663/187(a) - Attempted Murder, §245(a)(2) - Assault With A Firearm, §32 - Accessory After The Fact, along with numerous Gang Enhancements(PC § 186.22(1)(c)).
After over a year and a half of investigation enough evidence was gathered to prove the Defendant was not directly involved and was sentenced to only six years by the Court.

- Outcome: No State Prison - Probation Only
- Description: Defendant was charged with an alleged violation of §288(a) of the California Penal Code (Lewd or Lascivious Acts) and faced up to eight years in State Prison. After a lengthy investigation and negotiation with the District Attorney, the Court setenced the Defendant to probation.
- Court: Superior Court of California, City of Los Angeles
- Outcome: No State Prison - Probation Only
- Description: Defendant was charged with a violation of §11359(a) of the Health & Safety Code (Felony Possession of Marijuana for Sale) and facing up to 3 years in State Prison. The Court agreed to sentence the Defendant to 3 years probation. After one year and a half the Court agreed to terminate probation, allow the Defendant to withdraw his guilty plea and to plea to another related offense. The felony was than reduced to a misdemeanor and case was expunged.

- Outcome: Plead to Lesser Charge
- Description: Defendant was charged with 3 counts of violating the California Vehicle Code including Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs (§23152(a)), Driving While Having a 0.08% or Higher Blood Alcohol (§23152(b)), and Possession of Marijuana While Driving (§23222(b)). After a lengthy negotiation process the Defendant was allowed to plea to a lesser count of "Wet Reckless" (§23103.5).
